Details for Parents
(because sometimes kids can forget important details 😜)
- All paddles sold during the fundraiser that ARE NOT for the players, will be ordered once the fundraiser is done and will be delivered 30 days later.
(This is done to save any school and REBL from having to buy 100+ paddles upfront and hope kids end up selling them. With the High School programs still being a club, schools aren't given funds to pay for things like this upfront and REBL is willing to pay for all the players gear upfront, but needs students to complete sales at their 40% discount before paying for additional inventory)
- Your student has a personal code for their 40% discount which needs to be used in order to effectively track their orders. If you or your student don't know where the code is, get with your coach. Each school has set up a google sheet with player info on it and REBL entered each students code (that selected a package)
- Player paddles, swag and bag will be delivered as close to the start date of the season as possible.
- There have been some deadlines players have missed, so if your student did not confirm their package or select their swag size on time, they may end up getting their gear a week or two later than the others.
- We will put in their order as quickly as we can, but it is their responsibility to get us the info we need when requested.
